  • Influence digital and creative strategy with compelling and thoughtful market insights.
  • Create presentations materials with well-research insights, passionate storytelling, and strong rationales that sell the ideas.
  • Effectively manage the pipeline and develop a strategy to meet the business target
  • Identify potential areas of growth and generate new business
  • Develop new business by aggressively reaching out to prospective advertisers and agency
  • Oversee project deliveries and manage any related client expectations / escalations
  • Work closely with contents and marketing teams to identify business opportunities
  • Provide regular business reports, status and recommendations to management

Required Skills and Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Approximately 3 to 5 years of business development experience with strong results in meeting sales targets
  • Minimum 2 years in digital sales
  • Self-motivated and strong presentation skills
  • Proactive and result-oriented, with sound commercial acumen and business development mindset
  • Strong consultative and solutions sale skills, with an ability to assess a clients’ needs, craft a solution, present the value proposition and close the deal
  • Strong interpersonal and client management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese a must
